Parkour VideosWatching videos is a great way to be inspired by other practitioners. It can also help to grasp basic techniques and movements. A lot of practitioners use videos as a way of recording their achievements. It's important however to not use Parkour as a vehicle to internet stardom, and remember to constantly be practising and improving movements - not just to capture death jumps on film; other wise the ethos of Parkour, and the way it is seen by the media could fall away from its positivity.
