Parkour training in Tottenham, North London?

I want to start doing Parkour, but not only do I have a confidence problem (as in scared to get myself hurt), I need a coach. Living in Tottenham, I don't know where my nearest Parkour team would be.
Can you help me?

Hey man, I have the same problem, I started a few months ago I live in America. Have you heard of Arkansas? I've been going on YouTube and running, I have a fear problem too, I just want you to know you're not the only one!
